Warren’s formative years unfolded against the vibrant backdrop of California in the 1980s and 1990s—a time marked by cultural and technological transformation. With his mother’s guidance, Warren developed a strong educational foundation during this dynamic era. He went on to attend the University of California, Riverside—Go Highlanders!—where he earned a Bachelor of History with a minor in English in 1997. Following his undergraduate studies, Warren made the pivotal decision to relocate to Oklahoma, seeking new opportunities both personally and professionally. Embracing this new chapter, he pursued his legal education at Oklahoma City University School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in 2003.

Since settling in Oklahoma, Warren has been an active and respected member of both the Oklahoma Bar and the Oklahoma City community. For the past 19 years, he has built a thriving solo practice specializing in criminal defense, establishing himself as a seasoned professional in the Oklahoma Judiciary and Criminal Justice System. Warren’s professional excellence has been recognized through awards such as the 2017 Lawyers of Distinction honor, his current nomination for the 2025 Elite Lawyer distinction, and selection as a Fellow of the Oklahoma Bar Foundation.

Beyond his legal practice, Warren is deeply committed to his faith and community. He is an engaged member of Higher Plain Baptist Church, where his two sons attend the affiliated Higher Plain Christian Academy—an extension of the Plunk family’s congregation. Faith serves as a guiding force in Warren’s life; for the past decade, he has led church services for individuals with developmental disabilities and earned a ministerial degree from the Oklahoma Baptist College and Institute. His leadership and compassion have left a lasting impact on his congregation and the broader community.
